<br />DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO: 10197 EFFECT: 7-21-10 <br /> <br />IntcnlJ! )\!Uf1\t>Cf" F CF~':":O,"L <br /> <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Bristol. <br /> <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br />Maps of the Town of Bristol be amended to include in the A-B Agricultural Business <br />district(s) following described land: <br /> <br />PETITION NUMBER: 10197 <br /> <br />Part of Section 01, Town of Bristol described as follows: <br /> <br />A-I TO A-B <br />Part of the Southwest Y4 of the Southeast Y4 of Section 1, T9N, RIlE, Town of Bristol, <br />Dane County, Wisconsin more particularly described as follows: commencing at the <br />South 1/4 corner of said Section 1: thence along the South line of the said Southeast Y4, <br />N86045'02"E, 110.31 feet; thence N02024'08"W, 180.70 feet to the point of beginning; <br />thence N02024'08"W, 212.94 feet; thence N86045'02"E, 242.29 feet; thence S02024'08"E, <br />120.89 feet; thence S86056'06"W, 84.47 feet; thence S03003'54"E, 92.31 feet; thence <br />S86045'02"W, 158.89 feet to the point of beginning. The above described parcel contains <br />43,850 square feet or 1.006 acres. <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL ZONING <br />Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br />County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following <br />conditions. <br /> <br />DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br />This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the <br />owner or owners of the land record the following restriction(s) on said land: <br /> <br />1. The A-B Agriculture Business Zoning District boundary shall be deed restricted <br />limiting'the land uses to sales/repair/service of farm equipment and lawn/garden <br />equipment. ' <br /> <br />Said restriction(s) shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board(s) as <br />well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restriction(s) <br />will cause the rezone to be null and void.
