<br />DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO: 10202 EFFECT: JULY 12~ 2010 <br />!ntcTna"1 <br /> <br /> <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Bristol. <br /> <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps <br />of the Town of Bristol be amended to include in the RH-l Rural Homes district(s) following <br />described land: <br /> <br />PETITION NUMBER: 10202 <br /> <br />Part of Section 01, Town of Bristol described as follows: <br /> <br />A-I TO RH-l <br />Lot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 6186, located in the NW ~ of the NW ~ of Section 1, T9N, <br />RIlE, Town of Bristol, Dane County, Wisconsin. <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL ZONING <br />Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section I0.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County <br />Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> <br />DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br />This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or <br />owners of the land record the following restriction(s) on said land: <br /> <br />1. The RH-1 Zoning District shall be deed restricted to limit the allowable number of animals to <br />(2) two horses. <br /> <br />Said restriction(s) shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board(s) as well as the <br />owners of land within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restriction(s) will cause the <br />rezone to be null and void.
