<br />3/5/10 <br /> <br />Request for re-zoning for 1799 Bristol Rd. <br /> <br />I purchased this property 8 years ago with the intention of someday having horses. I found <br />out recently that the current zoning of Ai did not allow me to have horses on the property as I <br />was told. I have just recently purchased a rescued horse and have to board her off property. I <br />am requesting a change in zoning to RH, in order to allow horses. <br /> <br />There is already an adequate outbuilding for the animals and plenty of outdoor space. <br /> <br />My property is surrounded by open farmland all around me with a large livestock operation <br />across the street and livestock on a smaller scale to the near west of me. Livestock are also <br />located north and east of my property. <br /> <br />I have been before the town board of Bristol and they have already approved my re-zone <br />request. <br /> <br />Thank you, <br /> <br />Laurel Nordness <br />
