From fuis evaluation, the responsible person determines whether opacity and <br />emissions are within ~Owable levels, and if oot, to apply available control options as needed to <br />gain the required level 'of fiigitive control. <br /> <br />C. Maintain Access to Water Sunrces as Needed - The foreman is responsible for locating and <br />maintaining access tQ water IeSOUr'ces to provide adequate fugitive emissions control The water <br />resource utilized may be iruck delivered, well pumped, qnany or pit grounrlwa:ter, or surface <br />water available at the site. <br /> <br />D.
