I have entered it into GCS, and have placed the application file in your mailbox. <br /> <br />PLEASE NOTE: <br />There is another legal (the fourth one) for this rezone/CUP application, for the Conditional Use Permit for Drive-In <br />Establishment in the C-2 district at 2504 Rimrock Road (CTH MM): <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR DRIVE-IN ESTABLISHMENT IN THE C-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 36, Town of Madison, described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Certified Survey Map 10614, NW 1/4 SW 1/4, Section 36, Town of Madison, as found in Volume 63, <br />Pages 44 through 46, Certified Survey Maps, Dane County Register of Deeds Office, Madison, Wisconsin. <br /> <br />I found it difficult to include all the information for this large area with many existing parcels and uses in the GCS <br />rezone/CUP tracking program, so I compiled a document with all owners (three), all addresses (eleven), and all <br />parcels (21).
