<br />~favor Clauder <br />Introduced By <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />Drafted By <br /> <br />November 27,2007 <br />Date <br /> <br />RESOLUTION R-I09-07 <br />Adopting Memorandum of Agreement #2 with Town of ~Iadison <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 2005 Wisconsin Act 13 provides authority for the approval by the City of <br />Fitchburg for the creation of a tax incremental district in the Town of l'vtadison; and <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, R-85-05 grants this approval~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Agreement (NIOA # 1) ) addressing financial and <br />planning issues between the TO\\'ll of rvtadison and City of Fitchburg was approved by the Town <br />Board and City Resolution R-I 00-05; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the To\vn and City to clarify certain issues in a separate <br />l'vfemorandum of Agreement #2; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Nlemorandum of Agreement has been approved by the Town Board <br /> <br />NO\V THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Fitchburg Comnlon Council, that the <br />City hereby adopts the attached Memorandum of Agreement #2 and authorizes the Nlayor and <br />City Clerk to execute said agreement. <br /> <br />Adopted this 27th <br /> <br />day of November, 2007. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> <br />J}~~ i-.J, ;;to1 <br /> <br />~~/ <br /> <br />Thomas Clauder, Mayor <br />
