The second (and final) additional meeting shall: <br />o Present the final draft of the Southdale Neighborhood Plan, including <br />comments gathered at the previous meeting <br />o Provide clarification of the Southdale Neighborhood Plan's intent and <br />implementation strategy <br />o Provide opportunity for final comment and feedback on the Southdale <br />Neighborhood Plan <br /> <br />b. Each meeting shall be noticed and open to the public. The notices shall consist of public <br />posting at Town and City posting locations and mail notices to the residents of the planning <br />area. <br /> <br />c. The completed Southdale Neighborhood Plan shall include a baseline study of residential <br />housing stock in the area covered by the Southdale Neighborhood Plan, including: <br />i. A census of the number of owner-occupied and rental units <br />ii. Assessed values of owner-occupied housing and rental structures <br />Hi. Rent ranges and approximate occupancy levels of rental units <br />iv. Approximate age of housing stock <br /> <br />d. Within fourteen (14) days of the final public meeting, the Town will cause the submittal of the <br />completed Southdale Neighborhood Plan document to the City for its review and approval. <br /> <br />e. It is understood that, to facilitate smooth execution of the above, there may be additional <br />telephone conferences or staff meetings.
