("MLI") to <br /> amend MLI's Re-zoning Petition No. 3599 (the "Petition") and Conditional Use Application <br /> No. 480 (the "Application") in the following manner: <br /> 1. Since its original application in 1986, MLI has been granted an option to purchase <br /> property(the "Van Daalwyk Property")contiguous to the property originally included <br /> in MLI's Petition and Application (the "Option"). A copy of the Option is attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit A, and the Van Daalwyk Property is more particularly described <br /> on the revised area map attached hereto as Exhibit B (the "Site Map"). MLI now <br /> desires to include the shaded portion of the Van Daalwyk Property, as shown on the <br /> Site Map, in the Petition and Application. <br /> 2. MLI also desires to amend the original Application and Permit to include, along with <br /> the applicable portion of the Van Daalwyk Property, only those areas of the original <br /> property that are shown as shaded area on the Site Map. For the purposes of this <br /> amendment, the portion of the Van Daalwyk Property now included in the Petition <br /> and Application, and that portion of the original property now included in the <br /> Petition and Application shall be referred to as the "Amended Property'. <br /> For future reference, please consider the attached Site Map as the new Item No. 1 under <br /> the original Application and Petition. <br /> A wholly-owned subsidiary of Creative Resource Ventures, Ltd. <br /> te <br /> %a printed on recycled paper <br />
