<br />WilMac Construction, Inc., United States Department of Housing
<br />and Urban Development and Ticor Title Insurance Company, that
<br />this plat and the survey on ;lhich it is based were made in
<br />accordance with the latest promulgated standards of Chapter
<br />A-E 7 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code, (minimum standards
<br />for property surveys) and the "Minimum Standard Detail
