<br />Section Thirteen of the Declaration of Castle Oaks Condominium
<br />Homes. The Condominium land delineated in the map as Phase II,
<br />as well as Buildings Three and Five and the adjacent improve-
<br />ments shown in solid lines, were made a part of the Condominium
<br />by the recording of the First Amendment to Declaration and this
<br />First Amendment to Condominium Plat. Buildings One and Two and
<br />the immediately surrounding land and-improvements (Phase I) wer
