<br />CANTERBURY LANDING CONDOMINIUM
<br />Addendum No. 1 is recorded to revise the original Condominium Plat recorded in
<br />Volume 2-586B of Condo Plats page 1 as Document No. 280096 to show the correct
<br />location of Daytona Beach Drive and connecting sidewalk, to show revised footprints of
<br />buildings 10 and 11, and to show revised floor plans for Units 43,44,45,46,47, and 48.

<br />I, Howard F. Licht, Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Wisconsin, certifY that
<br />Addendum No. I is a correct representation of the property described, that the floor plans
<br />for Units 43,44,45,46,47, and 48 are reproductions of the plans furnished by the
<br />Architect, Knothe & Bruce Architects, and that the identification and location of each
<br />unit and common element can be detennined from Addendum No.1.
