<br />I further certify that this condominium plat correctly represents the condominium
<br />described; that the floor plans are reproduced from plans furnished by the architect; and
<br />the location and identification of each unit and the common elements can be determined
<br />from the plat.

<br />2. The Association has repair and maintenance responsibilities for
<br />the off premises storm water pipe and catch basin shown at the
<br />southeast corner of the Condominium Plat.
<br />
<br />3. The Common Elements of the condominium consist of all of
<br />the condominium except the units, and the Common Elements
<br />include but are not limited to: (a) the private sanitary sewer lift
<br />station which serves the Condominium; (b) the privacy fence around
<br />the perimeter of the Condominium; (c) the storm water drainage
<br />system and detention ponds which service the Condominium; (d) the
<br />exterior landscaping and common area lighting; and (e) the private
<br />path or walkway leading from the Condominium to the public
