Town of Fitchburg, Section 7, SW i Southerly of the C & <br />NW Railroad, being 130 acres more or less. <br />. Town of Fitchburg, Section 18, all the NW 4j all the SW <br />except the easterly 580.o feet and part of the West i NE <br />being 328 acres more or less. <br />.
