We desire to remove <br />additional gravel from the existing pit located on the real property of <br />Arthur Overgaard, Inc. <br />The gravel pit description is as follows: The Northwest one - <br />quarter of the Southeast one -quarter; the North one-half of the Southwest <br />one -quarter of the Southeast one -quarter; the North 3 rods of the South- <br />east one -quarter of the Southeast one -quarter; and the North 421 feet <br />of the West 421 feet of the Southeast one -quarter of the Southeast one - <br />quarter, all being in Section 14, T 9 N, R 9 E, in the Town of Vienna, <br />County of Dane, State of Wisconsin. <br />Enclosed find a drawing indicating the boundaries of the property <br />on which the present and future operations are and will be located. All <br />future removal of material will be for the purpose of road and airport <br />construction. <br />A well is located on the property to facilitate gravel washing <br />operations although no artificial pond is created by the operation and <br />completed slopes are designed for a three to one configuration. <br />
