<br />FROM DEFECTS OF W.oRKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF

<br />11. THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN CREATED AROUND AN INTENDED UTILIZATION AND
<br />OCCUPANCY OF THE STRUCTURE AND THE VARIOUS SYSTEMS AND FACILITIES INCLUDED WITHIN IT.
<br />COMPLIANCE WITH ALL REGULATIONS IS IMPLIED, AND REQUIRED FOR THE WORK OF THIS
