Also: Enger, Fleck. <br />fleeting called to order at 7:30 P.M. in Room 226 by chairmancon <br />Moion1byDahlk, <br />to conduct a public hearing as published in the notice. <br />second by Nolte to approve minutes of February 15, 19742 February 18, <br />1974 and March 9, 1974. Carried. <br />The Notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br />#267. Appeal by David E. Joranson from denial of a permit to build an <br />addition to a residence located on part of Outlot B, in the plat of <br />jTaucheeta, Section 5, Township of Dunn. Permit denied because side yard <br />ed by the Dane County Zoning <br />and setback from road are less than requir <br />Ordinance. <br />IN FAVOR: D. Jorenson; addition will enlargedprovidekitchen,th end atdining <br />area, bedroom and an uncovered deck. Adding to the <br />residence would require filling the flood plain and a Special Exception <br />Permit. Huddleston, redesigned plans reducing size of residence; <br />will also require less variance from the highway. Distance from center <br />line will be 66, with a variance requirement of 341. Erickson: Board of <br />Adjustment is concerned about the extent of variances required. <br />the right-of-way on the highway side of property been properly deeded <br />back? Could the garage be built to the south side instead of towards <br />the highway? What is the status and the exact location of the septic <br />field? Mr. Huddleston: Have been told right-of-way was deeded back, <br />would like advice on how to make certain; garage to south could be too <br />close to septic field. Not sure of septic system, has operated okay for <br />the past five summers, but not sure whether it is a cess -pool or the exact <br />location of field. <br />
