If so, show the method, including the <br /> directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for proportioning in <br /> determining the corner location? <br /> No. <br /> (1) list all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including monument types <br /> set or found, surveyor and date of survey. <br /> The first monument record by an unknown surveyor dated October 4, 1963 shows the W1/4 corner Section <br /> 18. The second monument record by Ronald E. Williamson dated May 11, 1981 showing a set 1-1/4" pipe. <br /> The third monument record by John R. Karns dated June, 1981 showing that he placed the aluminum <br /> monument. The fourth monument record by Thomas L Greve dated March 1, 2006 shows the found <br /> aluminum monument and that he set a new #6 rebar to represent the corner at a different location. The <br /> aluminum monument is the starting point for local surveys. Any errors made to those surveys is magnified <br /> by trying to use their dimensions to reset this corner.
