Based on the recorded information you shared with me, it appears that <br /> Certified Survey Map#3676,Lots 1 and 2,were separated from the Ellestad farm in April of 1981. This <br /> date is prior to the baseline date(12/26/1981)the Town of Cross Plains uses to calculate permitted <br /> residential density. Consequently, I have removed these two lots from the original farm, reducing the <br /> total acreage as of 12/26/1981 to 169.15 acres. I have also removed these two lots from the total number <br /> of homesites created on this property since 12/26/1981. <br /> Based on this revised information, and the policies of the Town of CrossPlains/Dane County <br /> Comprehensive Plan,this property has the potential for a total of four(4)non-farm homesites. I <br /> understand that you are currently working with the other owners of the original farm to come up with a <br /> mutually acceptable allocation of these remaining homesites.
