V <br />CN <br />MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMEE NT <br />COMMITTEE HELD ON MARCH 24 , 19 63 <br />The Board of Adjustment ^ommittee met on <br />March 24, 1 83 <br />19 -with the following members present: <br />PRESENT: Voges, Purcell, Kruschke, Schwahn, Harvev <br />ALSO PRESENT: Fleck. <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Voges at 7:30 p.m. in Room <br />4223 City -County Building to hold apublic hearing by Class II notice. <br />Motion by Purcell, second by Kruschke to approve minutes of February <br />23 and March 23, 1983. Motion carried. <br />The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br />41133. Appeal by Fitchburg Ridge Associates for a variance from require <br />parking spaces as provided by Section 10.18 (4) (h) to permit construc- <br />tion of an ice cream parlor in the SW 1/4 NE 1/4, Section 3, Town of <br />Fitchburq. <br />IN FAVOR: John Flad OPPOSED: None COMr <br />Planning and Town Board; in favor. Letter, <br />objection,with conditions. <br />NICATION: Letter, Fitchb <br />Dane County Highway, no <br />#11134. Appeal by Thomas J. Rowley for a variance from required setback <br />from road as provided by Section 1.0.16 (5) (b) 2. to permit addition to <br />residence at 3160 Worthington Avenue - Lot 49, Block 118, 1st Addition <br />to E. L. Gallagher Plat, Section 5, Town of Blooming Grove. <br />IN FAVOR: T. Rowley OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None <br />#1135. Appeal by George W. Lucy for a variance from required setback <br />from road as provided by Section 10.17 (2) (b) to permit addition to <br />residence at 10189 CTH KP in the NE 1/4 SW 1/4, Section 27, Town of <br />Black Earth. <br />IN FAVOR: G. Lucy OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Letter, Town <br />Board, no objection. Letter Dane County Highway, no objection. <br />#1136. Appeal by Jerry Rear for a Special Exception Permit as provided <br />by Section 11.05 (g) to permit filling, grading, etc., within 300 feet <br />of Sugar River in the NW 1/4 NW 1/4, Section 13, Town of Primrose. <br />
