Effective: 2 / a / wog <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO.8818 PC <br /> lending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Medina. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of <br /> Medina be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 8818 <br /> Part of the NW 114 of the SW 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Medina described as follows: Commencing at the <br /> West quarter corner of said Section 7; thence along the East-West quarter line of the said Section 7, S89°24'12" <br /> East, 410.41 feet to the point of beginning;thence continuing along said East-West quarter line S89°24'12" East <br /> 364.28 feet; thence S02°29'40" West, 644.76 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of State Highway 19; <br /> thence along said right-of-way line S83°59'34" West 752.07 feet to the West line of said SW 1/4;thence along <br /> said West line S00°06'31" West, 125.43 feet to the Southerly right-of-way line N84°24'34" East 513.64 feet; <br /> thence continuing along said Southerly right-of-way line N80°56'18" East, 262.94 feet; thence continuing along <br /> said Southerly right-of-way line N87°44'03" East, 131.49 feet; thence continuing along said Southerly right-of- <br /> way line N83°02'50" East 262.34 feet; thence continuing along said Southerly right-of-way line S89°02'46" <br /> East, 1943 feet; thence S01 053'21" West, 580.82 feet; thence N88°07'39" West,369.74 feet; thence N01°53'21" <br /> East, 96.94 feet; thence N89°53'29" West, 483.00 feet; thence N00°06'31" East, 373.30 feet to the said <br /> Southerly right-of-way line; thence along said Southerly right-of-way line S84°24'34" West 315.79 feet to the <br /> West line of said SW 114; thence along said West line N00°06'31" East, 125.43 feet to the Northerly right-of- <br /> way line of State Highway 19; thence along said right-of-way line N83°59'34" East 450.77 feet; thence <br /> NO3°06'49" West,672.88 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1) .Deed Restrict the property as follows: <br /> a. Restrict further development on parcels #0812-072-9060-3, 0812-072-8560-0, 0812-073-8511-0, <br /> 0812-073-9000-4,0812-073-8250-4,0812-073-9500-9$0812-063-9180-9 <br /> b. No more than 1 animal unit per acre pursuant to 10.01(3),DCCO is allowed <br /> c. There can be no more than 10 total livestock animals per lot. <br /> Said restrictions shall nn in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> A copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for <br /> approval and recorded.
