(a)No new building shall hereafter be erected, and no existing building shall be added <br /> to, structurally altered, moved or changed in use, nor shall any nonconforming building be repaired or <br /> restored, in any district, until a zoning permit has been issued, except as otherwise provided by law or <br /> ordinance. <br /> The zoning permit fee is a$50.00 base fee plus $0.075 per square foot. <br /> For example, if dimensions of the structural alteration are 16' x 16',then the following fee calculation is made: <br /> • Zoning permit fee is 16 feet x 16 feet=256 square feet; <br /> • 256 square feet x$ 0.075 per square foot= $19.20; <br /> • $19.20 +$50.00 base fee = $69.20. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Russell L.
