Thanks for calling back right away. <br /> The short version of my request is this...I am trying to get approval for a zoning permit before the CSM we are <br /> doing is complete. <br /> I have approvals from Jerry Derr, Town of Bristol, and have tentative approval from Sun Prairie F_,T.i for an <br /> early start permit to excavate the foundation for an addition we will be constructing throughout the winter. We <br /> are trying to beat the frost levels. <br /> The current owners of Lot 6, where the addition will be built, also own Lot 7. After the addition, we will be <br /> feet from the lot line of lot 7. Knowing the issues, we have Dan Paulson completing a CSM to move the lot line <br /> 18 feet toward lot 7. We are doing that so we have 21 feet from the lot line to the house after all construction is <br /> done. That will eliminate the need for a foundation survey after the fact. Dan expects to get the CSM done by <br /> the end of this week. <br /> Knowing that the same owner owns both lots, that we are doing the right thing by completing a CSM adjusting <br /> the lot lines, and knowing that we will have the proper setback for the county when we are done, would you <br /> please consider issuing a zoning permit for an "early start"? <br /> 2916 Pebble Valley Court <br /> Parcel # Lot 6 012/0911-194-7076-2 <br /> I appreciate your consideration.
