Per our <br /> discussion, I understand that technically,this is categorized as a building addition. Let me know if I have <br /> neglected to include any of the supporting documents. <br /> Briefly,the continuation of this project is far scaled back from the original permit and plan, in that the <br /> proposed western portion of the house will now be one level—not two. The foot print(and thus the <br /> site plan) and set backs are the same as the original permit. For reference, the square footage for the <br /> addition shown on the permit is calculated as follows. <br /> Western portion (Bedroom/Bath/ Living/ Dining) (located on garage or lower level) SF= (26 x 27) + (26 <br /> x 35) =702sf+910sf= 1612 SF <br /> South Deck= 6 x 32 = 192 SF (above garage doors) <br /> Southwest Desk=8 x 20= 160 SF <br /> East Deck= 16 x 14= 224 SF <br /> Total of the above= 2188 SF <br /> Thanks again for your assistance with my project. <br /> Best Regards, <br /> •e Klimczak <br />
