(21) Ground sign shall mean a freestanding sign mounted on supports or uprights and whose bottom edge is less than 8 <br /> feet above the ground. <br /> Section 10.74 of the DCCO states the following: <br /> (5)Ground on-premise signs shall have a maximum size of 32 square feet where the speed limit on the adjacent highway <br /> is 35 miles per hour or less, ... . Such a sign may be erected to a height not to exceed 12 feet where the speed limit on <br /> the adjacent highway is 35 miles per hour or less, ... . There shall be no more than one such sign for each road frontage <br /> and the sign shall be located not more than 200 feet from the site advertised on the sign, <br /> Section 10.77 of the DCCO states the following: <br /> (5) No sign may block or interfere with the visibility for ingress or egress of a driveway.
