U.S. PUBLIC LAND SURVEY MONUMENT RECORD <br /> (a) Identify the corner by reference to the 1 6 1 6 <br /> U.S. Public Land Survey System O T5N <br /> Center of Section 16, T5N, R7E 16 • 16 R7E <br /> Town of Primrose, Dane County, Wisconsin <br /> Set 1 -1/4" x 18" rebar <br /> Date of survey: December 2, 2014 <br /> (b) Describe any record evidence, monument evidence, occupational evidence, testimonial evidence or any other material evidence <br /> you considered, and weather the monument was found or placed. <br /> Thom Grenlie found a 1 " iron pipe at the Center of Section in 1993 (map filed as <br /> 93-1213 by Dane County Surveyor). I found that pipe tipped badly (about 0.9') <br /> toward the creek (to the east). I accepted Grenlie's location and reestablished <br /> that location using Grenlie's surveys filed as maps 93-1213, 95-0606 & <br /> 97-00354. I set the 1 -1/4" x 18" rebar and established reference monuments <br /> as shown below. <br /> (c) In the plan view below, provide reference ties to at least 4 witness monuments. (Witness monuments shall be made of <br /> concrete, material stone, iron or other equally durable material.)
