U.S. PUBLIC LAND SURVEY MONUMENT RECORD <br /> (a) Identify the comer by reference to the <br /> U.S. Public Land Survey System 1 6 01 5 T5 N <br /> East 1/4 Corner, Section 16, T5N, R6E, 1 6 15 R7E <br /> Town of Primrose, Dane County, Wisconsin <br /> Found 1-1/4" iron pipe <br /> Date of Survey: Nov. 5, 2014 <br /> (b) Describe any record evidence, monument evidence, occupational evidence, testimonial evidence or any other material evidence <br /> you considered, and weather the monument was found or placed. <br /> I found a 1 -1/4" outside diameter iron pipe at this corner as set by Thom R. <br /> Grenlie. See his 1979 monument record received by the Dane County Surveyor in <br /> June, 1984. None of his witness monuments remain undisturbed. The location of <br /> this corner agrees with surveys by Grenlie. I accepted the location of the iron <br /> pipe and set witness monuments as shown below. <br /> (c) In the plan view below, provide reference ties to at least 4 witness monuments. (Witness monuments shall be made of <br /> concrete, material stone, iron or other equally durable material.) Describe witness monuments. <br /> (d) Show a plan view drawing <br /> depicting the relevant <br /> monuments and reference ties <br /> which is sufficient in detail to 6± 1 <br /> enable accurate relocation of PAVEMENT Z <br /> the corner monument if the o <br /> corner monument is disturbed.
