U.S. PUBLIC LAND SURVEY MONUMENT RECORD
(a) Identify the corner by reference to the 16 16 T5 N
U.S. Public Land Survey System O
South 1/4 Corner, Section 16, T5N, R7E, 21 21 R 7 E
Town of Primrose, Dane County, Wisconsin
Set 3/4" x 18" rebar
Date of Survey: Nov. 5, 2014
(b) Describe any record evidence, monument evidence, occupational evidence, testimonial evidence or any other material evidence
you considered, and weather the monument was found or placed.
I found a badly disturbed 3/4" rebar 0.47' westerly of this corner. That rebar
was set by Richard D. Talarczyk (tie sheet dated 10/10/1989). All of Talarczyk's
witness monuments have been obliterated. I reestablished the corner position
using iron stakes from surveys by Thom Grenlie (filed as 93-1213, 95-0606 &
97-00354 by the Dane County Surveyor). Grenlie used the Talarczyk rebar for his
surveys. I set a 3/4" x 18" rebar at this corner and established witness
monuments as shown below.
(c) In the plan view below, provide reference ties to at least 4 witness monuments. (Witness monuments shall be made of
concrete, material stone, iron or other equally durable material.) Describe witness monuments.
(d) Show a plan view drawing
depicting the relevant Z x
monuments and reference ties t
which is sufficient in detail to
enable accurate relocation of I
the corner monument if the Z I
corner monument is disturbed. °o,I-
Indicate north.
WIN_
0 30' 60'
JI
I I 1 I I *I » E --o
SCALE: 1"=30' N 733 I 10-%2
* 1?4f W4- SO -fl
O N
N ■
■
z \S z
C T H "A" 99∎36).
@ 3/4" X 18" REBAR SET AT SECTION CORNER \' 0
o 3/4" X 18" REBAR WITNESS MONUMENT SET b
• 1-1/4" IRON PIPE FOUND
(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored and the location of that corner previously
restored or reestablished by distance and direction.
