June 21, 1987: Glen Northrop states that on March 30, 1978 he found the six inch sandstone monument set in 1902 for the town of Christiana re—survey, and the aluminum monument was placed over it. August 24, 1992: Arden Sandsnes certified that he found the aluminum monument representing this corner as shown on previous tie sheet by Glen Northrop dated June 21, 1987. Sandsnes found three of Northrops reference points and ties were checked. Four new reference points were set. May 28, 2014: Kristin J. Belongia found and accepted a magnetic nail as marking the location of the corner as shown on Transportation Project Plat No: 3070-00-22-4.08 Amendment No. 1 by Jason L. Cance dated May 13, 2013; I found no evidence of the aluminum monument as found and accepted by Arden Sandsnes on August 24, 1992; and set witness monuments as shown thereon. Additional evidence for acceptance of the corner position from one 1—inch iron pipe which was found in 1992 by Arden Sandsnes as witness tie was recovered and remeasured as shown thereon. Kristin J.
