(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished and
the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show the
discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
None.
(f)Was the corner restored through acceptance of(1) an obliterated evidence location, or (2) a found
perpetuated location?
Obliterated evidence location.
(g&h)Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including the
directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for proportioning in
determining the corner location?
No.
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including monument
types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
W.L Marcy (1902) and Glen L Northrop (8/25/1980): Marcy located the corner based on
occupational evidence and a previous tie dimension to an existing house structure in a 1901
survey of Christiana Township (Vol. 2, Page 45). Northrop excavated in the road and found a
six inch square stone monument (attributed to the Marcy resurvey) in 1980. He set an aluminum
monument over the top of the stone monument and set witness monuments.
James M. Baker (6/21/2012): Found five of Northrops witness monuments and computed an average
location for the corner which was verified by magnetic reading. I did not excavate in the road
to identify the aluminum monument further due to unsafe visibility conditions on S.T.H. 73.
May 28, 2014: Kristin J. Belongia found and accepted an aluminum monument eight inches below
roadway grade also detected by James M. Baker on June 21, 2012, as marking the location of the
corner and set witness monuments as shown thereon. Additional evidence for acceptance of the
corner position from one nail in concrete filled 2-1/4—inch iron pipe which was found in 2012
by James Baker as witness tie was recovered and remeasured as shown thereon.
(j) I, Kristin J. Belongia, RLS Affix Land Surveyor Seal
hereby certify that the corner location shown on `, f
this record was determined by me or under my N`
direction and correct and that this U.S. Public ;
Land Survey Monument Record is correct
complete to the best of my knowledge and belief. = K;` S 2933 IA
ELKHORN,
WI
Lf-4.. 10/30/2014
Signature Date
(16E-6-12)
