(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished and
the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show the
discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
None.
(f)Was the corner restored through acceptance of(1) an obliterated evidence location, or (2) a found
perpetuated location?
Obliterated evidence location.
(g&h)Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including the
directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for proportioning in
determining the corner location?
No.
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including monument
types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
W.L Marcy (1902), Robert Schaefer (5/2/1967) and Glen L Northrop (9/15/1981): Marcy located
the corner based on occupational and bearing tree evidence in a 1901 survey of Christiana
Township (Vol. 2, Page 45). Schaefer noted that he found a poured concrete monument at the
corner location and set witness monuments in 1967. In 1967 Northrop found one of the witness
monuments and set a railroad spike at the corner location and additional witness monuments.
James M. Baker (6/21/2012): Found the railroad spike (location verified by three of Northrops
witness monuments) and set additional witness monuments.
May 28, 2014: Kristin J. Belongia found and accepted a railroad spike at four inches below
pavement grade also found by James M. Baker on June 21, 2012, as marking the location of the
corner and set witness monuments as shown thereon. Additional evidence for acceptance of the
corner position from a 3/4—inch rebar at center of sign, a 1-1/4—inch iron pipe in concrete,
3/4—inch rebar and concrete monument with brass cap which were found or set in 2012 by James
Baker as witness ties were recovered and remeasured as shown thereon.
0) I, Kristin J.
