I did not know that a fabric storage structure would require a building
permit. Therefore, I have completed the necessary forms and sent payment to Dane County Zoning
Division, to satisfy Section 10.25 (2) of the DCCO.
The letter also defines junk and where it can be stored on the property. Per letter and defined codes,
please note that all materials will be utilized for a future fencing project on property. The good "junk"
will be stored within the fabric storage building. In addition, please note that the red dumpster is
required to dispose of existing "junk" on the property. Finally, the white storage container is utilized to
store water for watering trees on property and will be maintained in existing location. If this is not
allowed, it can be relocated as needed.
Having received this letter on December 26, 2014, please understand that I the owner will be leaving
town on January 3`d, 2015 on a previously planned trip and returning the end of January or early
February. All conditions stated above will be addressed when I return. Please let me know if all
conditions stated in this letter are sufficient if not please let me know and I can make the necessary
arrangements to avoid any further issues. Please call with any questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Mark Huston /
608-332-6719 fil)91111/ 4 Fa
