DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO: 10120 EFFECT: FEB.24,2010 <br /> int-nat i ra.Aitt2`nituttcr• <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cottage Grove. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps <br /> of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural and A-2(8) <br /> Agricultural district(s)following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 10120 <br /> Part of Section 11, Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: <br /> PARCEL A: A-1EX TO A-2 <br /> W %2 of the SE '/4 of the NE 'A, Section 11, T7N, Rl 1 E, Town of Cottage Grove, Dane County, <br /> Wisconsin. <br /> PARCEL B: A-2 to A-2(8) <br /> COMMENCING at the East Quarter Corner of Section 11; thence S89°52'32"W, 1339.75 feet <br /> along the east-west quarter line of Section 11 to the east line of Lot 2,C.S.M.No. 11615;thence <br /> S00°06'17"E, 670.26 feet along the east line of Lot 2, C.S.M.No. 11615 to the POINT OF <br /> BEGINNING; thence continuing S00°06'17"E,653.66 feet along the east line of Lot 2,C.S.M. <br /> No. 11615 to the southeast corner of said Lot 2;thence S89°52'16"W, 680.71 feet along the <br /> south line of Lot 2,C.S.M.
