" • .ion. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordai• :''ollows: That 7 Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to in di in the R-1 Residenti:1 District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 8383 <br /> Part of the S 112 SE 114 Section 5, Town of Albion described as follows: Lot #3, CSM <br /> #9667 found in Volume 55, Page 284 of Certified Survey Maps,Dane County Register of <br /> Deeds. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> RECORDING OF AN APPROVED PLAT REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a plat will be <br /> prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within one <br /> year of its approval by Dane County,a plat that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded <br /> in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the plat will cause <br /> this amendment to be null and void. A copy of the recorded plat shall be submitted to <br /> Dane County Zoning. <br /> The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. Within one year from the date of approval,the landowner shall: <br /> a.record a subdivision plat with the register of deeds that complies with all requirements <br /> of Chapter 75 of the Dane County Code; <br /> b. submit a stormwater control plan approved by the Dane County Land Conservation <br /> Department that conforms to all requirements of Chapter 14 of the Dane County Code, <br /> including those provisions that take effect on August 22,2002; <br /> c. record deed restriction documents,in a form approved by the zoning administrator, <br /> that identify at least 185 acres of land in the RE-1 or CO-1 zoning districts that are to be <br /> legally joined for the purposes of meeting the open space requirements of the Dane <br /> County Farmland Preservation Plan for the Town of Albion. Such restrictions should <br /> meet all applicable requirements of Section 10.16(3)(b)of the Dane County Code. <br /> 2.
