Construction must be done in accordance with the approved plan and schedule. This permit will <br /> expire on the stabilization date included in the plan (September 15,2015) and may be <br /> amended prior to permit expiration only. This review is for the shoreland erosion control <br /> requirements of Chapter 11, Dane County Code of Ordinances only and other approvals may be <br /> necessary.
