The proposed development <br /> is exempt from the following requirements: <br /> 1. This development is exempt from the shoreland mitigation stormwater management <br /> performance standards under s. 11.12(1)(a)2. The performance standards are achieved <br /> through regional controls constructed under ES2006-0001. <br /> 2. This lot is located entirely outside of the vegetated buffer zone and therefore exempt from <br /> the vegetated buffer performance standards under s. 11.12(2)(a). <br /> This review is for the shoreland mitigation requirements of Chapter 11, Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances only and other approvals may be necessary. The applicant must obtain a permit <br /> card from the Water Resource Engineering counter and display it on the site prior to <br /> beginning construction.
