The Town office will contact Ron Lease—Project Manager to schedule a site visit to layout the entrance. • 15"diameter round culvert(no less than 20 ft. length)with endwalls. • Driveway access to be located approximately 300 ft. from State Rd 69 center line.The location will provide a 27 ft.radius point on the new driveway with 160ft to the centerline of Manhattan Dr heading North after the curve. • Tracking mat to be maintained during construction of driveway to eliminate debris on to Manhattan Dr. • Driveway should consist of 3"stone, 6 inches deep and 6 inches of base course to equal one ft. • Restoration of the road right of way access and driveway construction area shall include topsoil, seed,and mulch. • Driveway permit is effective for(12)months from the date of approval by the Town Board. If the driveway is not completed within that permit period,the permit is deemed expired and a new application must be submitted and approved.
