The motion carried by a voice vote. <br /> The item was removed from the table following committee action on CUP 1059. <br /> A motion was made by BOLLIG,seconded by SALOV,that the Conditional Use <br /> Permit be approved with the following conditions.The motion carried by a voice <br /> vote. <br /> 1.The conditional use permit shall be for a secondary farm residence for a child <br /> of the farm owner and operator or an individual who earns more than 50%of his <br /> or her income from the farm. <br /> 2.A deed notice shall be recorded with the Dane County Register of Deeds <br /> indicating that any violation of the provisions of section 10.123(4),regarding farm <br /> residences in the A-1EX district,will result in revocation of this conditional use <br /> permit and require that a certified survey map be approved and appropriate <br /> zoning be acquired.
