The rezoned area shall be subject to the following condition(s). <br /> 1) Within ninety(90)days of approval by Dane County the applicant must record an access easement for the A- <br /> 2(8) and A-2(4)parcels. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the <br /> provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
