The plan includes the
following requirements:
1.The site will be accessed from Nature Cove Trail using a stone tracking pad. The tracking
pad must be a minimum of 50' long x 24' wide x 12" deep and be constructed of 3-inch
clear stone. The access must be maintained in a manner that prevents material from
reaching public roads. Any material tracked onto public roads must be removed
immediately and controls improved prior to resuming construction traffic.
2.Sil t fence must be installed prior to grading in the locations shown on the plan including
down slope of all soil stockpiles. The silt fence must be maintained until the site is
permanently stabilized.
3.Gr ading must be confined to the areas shown on the plan. No material storage, vehicle
traffic or grading may occur outside the limits of disturbance on the plan. In the event any
of these areas are disturbed, additional erosion control measures will be required.
4.The plan includes a construction schedule as follows:
Excavation and grading is scheduled to begin upon receipt of all required permits.
All disturbed areas must be permanently restored by July 10, 2015.
Construction must be in accordance with the approved plan and schedule. This permit will
expire on the stabilization date included in the plan (July 10,2015) and may be amended
prior to permit expiration only. This review is for the shoreland erosion control requirements
of Chapter 11, Dane County Code of Ordinances only. Other approvals may be necessary. The
applicant must display the Water Resource Engineering Division permit card at the site for
the duration of land disturbing activities.
Cc: Wyser and Paulson & Assoc.
