All 3:1 slopes must be permanently stabilized, as noted in the plan, by April 16, <br /> 2015, or within one month of disturbance. <br /> Phase 2:Areas less than 3:1 will be temporary mulched with hay or straw by <br /> April 2, 2015. <br /> All disturbed areas must be permanently restored, as noted in the plan, by July <br /> 22, 2015. <br /> The construction site must follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County <br /> Water Resource Engineering.This permit will expire on the stabilization date included in the <br /> plan (July 22,2015)and may be amended prior to permit expiration only.This review is for <br /> the erosion control requirements of Chapter 11, Dane County Code of Ordinances only and <br /> other approvals may be necessary. A permit card must be obtained from the Water Resource <br /> Engineering counter and displayed onsite prior to disturbing ground.
