Land Conservation Division <br /> Dane County Land&Water Resources Department <br /> 4;dtorlS Patrick"Sutter,County Conservationist <br /> INFORMATION FOR THOSE OBTAINING EROSION CONTROL <br /> & STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PERMITS <br /> Read the permit approval letter and understand the conditions under which <br /> the permit was approved. <br /> The permit will expire on the stabilization date shown on the permit card. <br /> The permit may only be revised or extended prior to the expiration date with <br /> the written approval of D.C. Land Conservation. <br /> Once a permit expires it is null and void. If the site has not been stabilized by <br /> the expiration date a new permit will be required. Double fees will be charged <br /> for all remaining disturbed areas. <br /> The failure to comply with the conditions of the permit will be considered a <br /> violation of County Ordinance and may result in a "stop work order", citations <br /> and fines for each day the site is in violation. <br /> The permit is for land disturbing activities regulated under Dane County <br /> Chapters 11 or 14 only. Other municipal, county, state or federal permits may <br /> be required. <br /> "As-built" plans for Stormwater Management Permits must be submitted to <br /> the Land Conservation Division after site stabilization.
