I've calculated the square footage of land on your property within the shoreland district to be 17,975 square feet. If the amount of impervious surface within the shoreland district remains less than 15%of the area (or 2,696 square feet)the approval is pretty simple. Based on the size shed you are planning on I'll assume this is the case. You'll need to provide a site plan that shows where the shed is going to be located,and calculate the square footage that falls inside of the shoreland zoning district. 1
