After reviewing the plan I have <br /> determined that the intensity of development has triggered the need for a shoreland erosion control permit. This <br /> permit issued by Dane County Land and Water Resources Department will be required prior to the issuance of a <br /> shoreland zoning permit. <br /> This determination has been based on a calculated lot area of 17,975 square feet within 300 feet of an unnamed <br /> stream. The existing impervious surface area on the property within 300 feet is 0 square feet,the proposed <br /> development will result in 324 square feet of new impervious surface for a post development total of 1.8%of the lot <br /> within 300 feet of the OHWM. Any development in this portion of the shoreland district requires a shoreland <br /> erosion control permit. <br /> Prior to issuance of a shoreland zoning permit for the proposed garage the following conditions must be satisfied: <br /> 1. Obtain a shoreland erosion control permit from Dane County Land and Water Resources Department. <br /> 2.
