ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 4441 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNKIRK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the RB-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4441: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 18, Town of Dunkirk described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence <br /> West, 33.00 feet to the West line of STH 138 and the point of beginning of <br /> this description; thence South along the West line of STH 138; 330.00 feet; <br /> thence West, 600.00 feet; thence North, 330.00 feet; thence East, 600.00 feet <br /> to the point of beginnig. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
