• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO: 9805 <br /> Internal Trak;kiug Niuubcr:RFC:1125281 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Medina. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps <br /> of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes district(s) following <br /> described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 9805 <br /> Part of Section 21, Town of Medina described as follows: <br /> A-1EX TO RH-2 <br /> A PART OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 21, T8N, <br /> R12E, TOWN OF MEDINA, DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN BEING DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 21; <br /> THENCE ALONG THE WEST LINE OF THE SAID SOUTHWEST 1/4,N00°02'17"E, <br /> 1609.13 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUING ALONG SAID <br /> WEST LINE,N00°02117"E, 188.00 FEET TO A POINT IN THE CENTERLINE OF OAK <br /> PARK ROAD; THENCE ALONG SAID CENTERLINE,N31°41'07"E, 138.62 FEET TO A <br /> POINT OF CURVATURE; THENCE ALONG A CURVE TO THE LEFT HAVING A <br /> RADIUS OF 2000.00 FEET AND A LONG CHORD BEARING AND DISTANCE OF <br /> N27°10'19"E, 314.78 FEET; THENCE S67°20'30"E, 319.27 FEET; THENCE S00°02'17"W, <br /> 463.00 FEET; THENCE N90°00'00"W, 511.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF <br /> THE SAID SOUTHWEST 1/4 AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING. The rezoned aiea shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. Condition requiring the recording of the Town of Medina's deed restriction within 90 <br /> days of rezone approval prohibiting further development on the RH-2 parcel. <br /> 2. Condition requiring the recording of the Town of Medina's deed restriction within 90 <br /> days of rezone approval on remainder of the Casper property requiring rezoning for <br /> development. <br /> Failure to comply with the above conditions in the allotted time period(s)will cause the <br /> rezone to be null and void. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment.based upon Their findings, to be consistent <br /> with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b).(c). <br />
