Doyle in 1956. The <br /> iron pipe is in very good condition. Witness monuments set by David Riesop in <br /> 1989 were either disturbed or overgrown by trees. Measurements from this iron <br /> pipe to others surveyed by Riesop match closely with Riesop's recorded <br /> dimensions. I accepted the location of the iron pipe as the center of Section <br /> 28 and set four witness monuments as shown below. <br /> (c) In the plan view below, provide reference ties to at least 4 witness monuments. (Witness monuments shall be made of <br /> concrete, material stone, iron or other equally durable material.)
