I found three of the four witness <br /> monuments established by Sandsnes and I found a witness monument <br /> established by Donald Paulsen (monument record dated 12/16/1996). I set a <br /> "MAC" nail in the pavement at this section corner using measurements from the <br /> witness monuments found. <br /> (c) In the plan view below, provide reference ties to at least 4 witness monuments. (Witness monuments shall be made of <br /> concrete, material stone, iron or other equally durable material.)
