ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5606 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5606: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 and SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 6, Town of Pleasant Springs <br /> described as follows: TO RH-1: All parcels of land being part of the S 1/2 NW <br /> 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: Commencing at <br /> the Northwest corner of said Section 6; thence South along the West line of the <br /> NW 1/4 of said Section 6; 1845.00 feet to the Southerly right-of-way line of <br /> CTH MN; thence Easterly along said Southerly right-of-way line, 1680.00 feet to <br /> the point of beginning; thence Southeasterly along the said Southerly <br /> right-of-way line, 350.00 feet; thence Southweterly, 250.00 feet; thence <br /> Northwesterly parallel with the Southerly right-of-way line of CTH MN; 350.00 <br /> feet; thence Northeasterly, 250.00 feet to the point of beginning. Also, <br /> commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 5; thence South along the <br /> West line of the NW .1/4 of said Section 5, 1845.00 feet to the Southerly <br /> right-of-way line of CTH MN; thence Easterly along said Southerly right-of-way <br /> line, 815.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing Easterly along <br /> said Southerly right-of-way line, 315.00 feet; thence South, 255.00 feet; <br /> thence West, 310.00 feet; thence North 310.00 to the point of beginning. Also, <br /> commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 6; thence South along the <br /> West line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 6, 1845.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning said point being on the Southerly right-of-way line of CTH MN; thence <br /> Easterly along said Southerly right-of-way line, 315.00 feet; thence South, <br /> 280.00 feet; thence Westerly, 315.00 feet; thence North, 280.00 to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County Board, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: AUG 3 1 1993 <br />
