DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO: 10051 EFFECT: OCT. 14,2009 <br /> tntcrnai 7'ra::kin2 Numbcr: RECi 2c54( <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cross Plains. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps <br /> of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the A-2(4)Agricultural district(s) <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 10051 <br /> Part of Section 29, Town of Cross Plains described as follows: <br /> A-1EX TO A-2(4) (LOTS 1, 2 &4) <br /> A PART OF THE NW1/4 OF THE NW1/4 OF SECTION 29, T7N, R7E, TOWN OF CROSS <br /> PLAINS,DANE COUNTY, WI. MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING <br /> AT THE NW CORNER OF SAID SECTION 29; THENCE EAST 1210 FEET; THENCE <br /> SOUTH 470 FEET; THENCE WEST 470 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 130 FEET; THENCE <br /> WEST 740 FEET; THENCE NORTH 600 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> A-1EX TO A-4 (LOT 3) <br /> A PART OF THE W1/2 OF THE NW1/4 OF SECTION 29, T7N,R7E, TOWN OF CROSS <br /> PLAINS,DANE COUNTY, WI. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or <br /> owners of the land record the following restriction(s) on said land: . <br /> 1. The remaining land zoned A-1 Exclusive on parcels 0707-292-9501-0 and 0707-292-8072-0 <br /> shall be prohibited from further residential development. <br /> Said restriction(s) shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board(s)as well as the <br /> owners of land within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restriction(s)will cause the <br /> rezone to be null and void.
