Main Street Professional Land Surveyor, S-2748, hereby certify that I mapped Waunakee,WI 53597 Certified Survey Map No. 13930, recorded in Volume 93 of Dane County Certified Survey Maps on pages 1-12 as Document No. 5140911 and that on sheets 2, 3, 6 and 8 of said Certified Survey Map 0709-361-9580-0 I have incorrectly described the Bearing and/or distances and 0709-361-9690-0 notations as follows: PARCEL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER(S) On Sheet 2 in the Line Table under L9"S 88°09'24"E.....should read S 89°09'24"E" On Sheet 3 the same bearing for Coyier Lane"S 88°09'24"E.....should read S 89°09'24"E" On Sheet 6,several distances from the"New CL 15' Permanent Limited Easement for Sanitary Sewer"were incorrect as follows: "38.42' should read 38.09" "194.13' should read 153.83" "9.48' should read 9.27" On Sheet 6,the dimension on the"New CL Private 20' Sanitary Sewer Easement Benifitting Lot 2 N O1°39'36"E, 220.72' should read N 01°44'44"E,220.74" Also on Sheet 6,the northerly note arrow on the note for"Ex. Sanitary Sewer Easement Per Doc. 1028392..."should have been removed because this easement is only located on the 9.27' of sewer at the south end of this parcel. Also on Sheet 6,the northerly note arrow on the note for"Ex. Sanitary Sewer Easement Per Doc. 1028395..."should have been removed because this easement is only located to the south of this property and does not run into Lot 1. On Sheet 8 there is a missing tie distance for the location of the"CL Ex. 25' Public Utility Easement per C.S.M. 5801" it should be 21.01' from the property corner. On Sheet 8 there was a label missing on a line representing a"New 10' Permanent Limited Easement for Grading& Sloping"located along Nob Hill Road on Lot 2. This note would be for clarity only,the easement was required by the city as part of approval and is already shown on the map. On Sheet 8 the bearing and distance for the northern most"CL Ex. 10' Hydrant Easement..."shows S 67°04'37"W 52.17'.....should read S 89°50'40"W 26.50" On Sheet 8 the southern most"CL Ex. 10' Hydrant Easement..." is missing a bearing and distance and should read S 00°09'21"E,25.00' NOTE: SEE ATTACHED NOTES ON A COPY OF THE RECORDED SHEETS OF THE CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP IN ORDER TO CLARIFY THESE CORRECTIONS 0
